Compact Flourescent Light bulbs- LHP can make a difference

According to this calculator http://www.yfsinternational.com/calculator.asp I’ll save $341 by switching 15  lightbulbs with a conservative average of 3 hours per day.

How about if everyone (11,000 homes) in LHP changed 10 lightbulbs= 110,000 total
