I was recently in California. Pacific Power is subsidizing the retail cost of CFL’s. You can buy them at Costo in Ca. for less than half what they cost here. ( No, you can’t buy them online at that price, you have to be in a Ca/ store to get the deal.) Hello- FPL- let’s try it here!
