Did you ever walk into a restaurant and think twice about staying after you noticed how dirty it was? We used to get pizza at a popular local place, mostly delivered. But when we stopped by there to eat and had to swat flies off our food, I decided I wasn’t going to buy from there any more. I’m not going to trash them by naming the restaurant here, because it was a while ago and maybe the place is completely sanitary now. They do make great pizza and I know they hired a new manager because of problems.
One thing leads to another when I visit sites like these. Hmmm what about ….
Shame on some of our ‘premier’ local restaurants. When you are given a Critical violation- Fire extinguishers – proper and sufficient, should you really get the same violation again the next time? Shouldn’t a business strive for ‘perfect’? Is a 30% reduction in violations good when you had 30 violations to start with? A fire extinguisher problem won’t affect your food, but it’s a reflection on the overall management team. If they don’t fix the easy things, what else aren’t they doing that they should be?
McDonald’s routinely gets 0 violations, and the worst I looked at that was near us had 69 (BOBBY RUBINOS PLACE FOR RIBS). Some of Lighthouse Points priciest restaurants have more violations than

but depending on what you are looking for, the SS version may be more user friendly.
