This guy is great! I’ve been reading his column in the South Florida Business Journal for years.

Required reading for anyone in sales. I also recommend THE SALES BIBLE and and the Little Black Book of Connections.

You should read all these books if you are in sales, marketing, own a business, or manage a sales team. Everyone in the company is a salesperson one way or another.
